IRVINE, Calif. and ALEXANDRIA, Virginia | U.S. CAD and CADD Microsystems today announced their official unification in the United States under ARKANCE, a leading global architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), and manufacturing technology consulting firm, following their respective acquisitions in 2023 and 2024.
Together under ARKANCE, the organization will deliver expanded technology offerings, consulting services, and support. The unification also brings decades of expertise, greater local presence, and global scale to support long-term customer success. Daniel Counts, founder and longtime Chief Executive Officer of U.S. CAD, will serve as Chief Executive Officer of ARKANCE of the United States region, guiding an experienced executive team comprised of leaders from both U.S. CAD and CADD Microsystems. The region will also share joint headquarters in Irvine, California, and Alexandria, Virginia, with additional offices in key markets nationwide.
